After you analyze the drive, PerfectDisk recommends the type of defragmentation pass to be performed on the drive (if any). This is shown on the Results section of the Statistics tab. Depending on the amount of free space fragmentation, PerfectDisk may recommend that you perform a SMARTPlacement™ Defrag, a Defrag Only or a Consolidate Free Space Defragmentation. If there is a significant amount of fragmentation in the pagefile or the Master File Table and other related files have not been placed for the best performance, PerfectDisk may recommend that you perform an offline (system files only) defragmentation pass on the drive.
